Returns And Refund Policy

Overview

  • ⦁ Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after confirmed delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. (We know, time flies!)
  • ⦁ Items must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. (No sneaky swaps, please!)

Item Labels

  • ⦁ MOD (Made on Demand): Items fulfilled by third-party processors with their own rules. (We play by their rules, most times!)
    • ⦁ IHP (In House Processing): Items stocked, fulfilled, processed, and shipped by us, with slightly less strict rules and faster shipping, mainly for custom handmade items. (Handmade with love!)

Non-Returnable Items

  • ⦁ Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, coloring books)
    • ⦁ Sale items / discounted items (Great deals, but no take-backs!)
    • ⦁ Gift cards
    • ⦁ Downloadable software products
    • ⦁ Some health and personal care items
    • ⦁ MOD products (except for misprints due to processing)
    • ⦁ Misprints due to customer error or low-resolution images (We need high-res for high-quality!)
    • ⦁ Wrong size (detailed size charts are provided)
    • ⦁ Items with customization upgrades

Exchanges

    • ⦁ We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and labeled “IHP”. (We got you covered!)
    • ⦁ MOD items are only replaced if deemed an error by the third-party processor. (Their rules, remember?)
    • ⦁ Sizes are only exchanged if the wrong size was shipped by us. (Oops, our bad!

Gifts

  • ⦁ Gift items returned will be processed as a gift credit refunded to the gift giver’s account. (Surprise! A gift credit!)

Wrong Address

    • ⦁ If the provided address is insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility or the third-party MOD facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs. (Double-check those addresses, folks!)
  • Returns Process

    • ⦁ Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, including reshipping. (We own up to our mistakes!)
    • ⦁ Request and fill out an order return form via your account page.
    • ⦁ Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • ⦁ Include pictures of the issue if possible. (A picture is worth a thousand words!)
    • ⦁ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until the return form has been received and accepted.
    • ⦁ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    • ⦁ Store credit refunds are granted for items not returned in original packaging, damaged after delivery, or if the return process started after 30 days (up to 45 days for special cases).
  • Refunds

    • ⦁ We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or your account page.
    • ⦁ If approved, return the item(s) to the provided address.
    • ⦁ Use sufficient tracking; we are not responsible for lost return items.
    • ⦁ A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
    • ⦁ All refunds/store credits do not include shipping costs. (We can’t return what we don’t have!)
    • Shipping Returns Address

  • Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to resolving any issues you may have.

    • ⦁ Items needing to be returned to the manufacturer will have the address provided as needed.
    • ⦁ You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ⦁ Consider using a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
